
Avaya Modular Messaging is a powerful IP and standards-based voice and fax messaging platform designed for single- or multi-site global enterprises. With Modular Messaging, customers can add new IP-based messaging capabilities while preserving current messaging infrastructure and capital investments. It combines the power of Avaya messaging systems into a single, highly scalable platform that seamlessly integrates with existing Avaya Octel® 250/350, Octel® 200/300 and Intuity AUDIX® systems without any changes to current voice and data infrastructures. Capacities range from four to 144 ports and up to 20,000 mailboxes and 15,000 hours of storage with the Avaya Message Storage Server, and four to 690 ports for Microsoft Exchange or IBM Lotus Domino message storage servers.
Avaya INTUITY AUDIX® Multimedia Messaging System provides a universal messaging platform for voice messaging, fax, and e-mail access. Message access is accomplished through both a telephone user interface and a visual desktop computer interface. Text-to-speech capabilities further allow the user to access messages anytime, anywhere. Every INTUITY AUDIX system is "multimedia enabled" with the ability to accept voice, fax, text, file attachments, and e-mail as valid message types.
This unique architecture allows for mixing of media types within messages. For example, a user can send an e-mail message with a voice message attached to add clarity to the communication. Multiple applications—call processing, automated attendant, voice and fax messaging, and visual desktop applications that include e-mail access—are supported on a single INTUITY AUDIX platform, using universal ports. All seats (mailboxes) include voice, fax, and visual desktop messaging functionality as standard. All licensing is also included. Standard features include: Internet Messaging, AMIS, INTUITY Digital Networking, text-to-speech, four languages, Visual Desktop Messaging software, and Message Manager software.
IP Office Voice-mail Pro is a powerful voice processing system with an easy-to-use graphical user interface (GUI) and supports message handling for individuals or groups, provides information to callers, assists the operator during periods of heavy call activity, and more. This application also allows Voice-mail Pro to dial you back, internally or externally, as soon as a voice mail message is left for you.

This feature-rich voice-mail system is designed for use on all Avaya switches and integrates with e-IVR applications (supporting direct access to "phantom" mail boxes from e-IVR). e-IVR™'s Voice-mail permits over 9,000 voice-mail boxes and includes a Dial-By-Name Directory (which can be Speech Enabled). Features such as multiple greetings, play/pause, speed up/slow down, playback order, message details, etc, are standard. Cascading out-dialing allows e-IVR to reach out remotely to notify users of new messages (out-dialing can be designated to alternate phone numbers, cell phones, pagers, etc.). Unlike many voice-mail systems, Unified Messaging is included in the price of e-IVRT's Voice-mail. Subscribers can receive and review voice-mail messages, e-mail, and fax documents through one source. Voice mail messages can be listened to through e-mail (message .wav files are attached to e-mail) and e-mail messages can be read over the phone with the included "text-to-speech". Faxes can be viewed from e-mail or forwarded to a fax machine to be printed.
Ensemble for Hospitality is the 2-8 port voice mail solution for bed and breakfast and hotel applications up to 475 rooms.
